For our client, one of the leading law firms in Augsburg, we are currently looking for a Kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d) - Buchhaltung (m/w/d) to join our team at Augusta Personaldienstleistungen. With a successful 30-year history, Augusta Personaldienstleistungen is a family-owned business in its second generation, known for trust, stability, and a personal approach. From our office in the heart of Augsburg, near Königsplatz, we bring our passion for personnel services into our daily work.

As a Kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d) - Buchhaltung (m/w/d), your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting bookings, corrections, and transfers
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Assisting with payroll accounting
  • Managing and monitoring vacation accounts
  • Assisting with year-end closing
  • Handling mail
  • Providing support to clients over the phone

To qualify for this position, you should have:

  • A completed commercial education
  • Relevant professional experience in accounting is mandatory
  • Prior experience in a law firm is advantageous
  • Strong computer skills
  • Flexibility with working hours
