    - with severe COPD on O2, ch LBP needs help in ADLs

    Needs Help with:

    bathing
    - active/passive exercises
    - assistance with medical equipment
    - routine health monitoring
    - specific household tasks to maintain environmental safety for the patient

    Schedule/Hours:
    - 8 hours/week
