- 4+ years of experience with using Content Management Systems, including SharePoint or WordPress
- 4+ years of experience with using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience working in Adobe CC, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to work with the client to define project requirements and provide process advice for optimal website production
- Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of website design and development competencies
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Associate's degree
- Experience in facilitating discussions with clients about complex workforce messages, data representations, and analytic ideas
- Experience with adhering to branding guidelines
- Experience working in the IC or DoD environments
- Knowledge of human-centered design methodology or design thinking principles
- Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting to internal and external professionals at all levels

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
