Your job profile:

  • You are responsible for requirements management in internal and external customer projects in Marshfield.
  • Providing the requirement basis to all project participants (m/f/d) in the requirement management software Polarion is part of your job.
  • You support project/development managers (m/f/d) in evaluating specifications and obligations of overall systems and components.
  • Ensuring test coverage in coordination with development and testing is also part of your responsibilities.
  • In addition, you act as the interface between development and project management/customer (m/f/d) and take on technical documentation and reporting within the requirement process.
  • You contribute to the further development and standardization of requirement processes and procedures.

  • You have successfully completed your studies with a technical or scientific background.
  • You have initial professional experience in requirements management and related tools (Polarion, Doors, etc.).
  • Ideally, you already have experience in battery technology as well as relevant legal requirements and standards.
  • You have a structured and proactive working style, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
  • Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
