The municipal company Haßberg-Kliniken operates two hospitals for basic medical care in the beautiful triangle between Coburg, Bamberg and Schweinfurt.

The Haßfurt hospital has 150 beds and offers specialized departments in orthopedic surgery, visceral surgery, vascular surgery, internal medicine, gastroenterology, gynecology/obstetrics, acute geriatrics, anesthesia and intensive care medicine.

The hospital also has an interdisciplinary intensive care unit, two MRI machines and a CT scanner.

The main department for acute geriatrics has 35 beds and is an academic teaching institution of the University of Würzburg.

It is led by Chief Physician PD Dr. med. Frank Schröder, specialist in internal medicine, angiology, diabetology and geriatrics.


Your responsibilities:
