Your tasks

  • Molecular laboratory work and documentation (common molecular biology techniques)
  • Behavior training of rats and mice
  • Preparation of solutions, media changes in cell culture
  • General laboratory routine and maintenance of laboratory equipment
  • General ordering process in SAP (common laboratory items)
  • Support in organizing events and lectures
  • Communication with companies

Requirements include experience in molecular laboratory work, Felasa B certification or equivalent knowledge in handling laboratory animals, a solid understanding of basic arithmetic, basic knowledge in genetic engineering, a strong sense of organization, and relevant professional qualifications.

You work independently, very conscientiously, results-oriented and responsibly, are friendly and uncomplicated in dealing with others. You can handle MS Office programs and the internet professionally. You have a very good command of German and English in spoken and written form. You should also enjoy organizing laboratory processes and learning new work processes.


Your workplace is located in IMBIT - Intelligent Machine Brain Interfacing Technologies - on the campus of the Faculty of Engineering.
