    Mental Health Therapist - LICSW

    Responsibilities of

    Mental Health Therapist:
    Rendering evidencebased therapeutic treatment to patients
    Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone
    Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable
    Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
    Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelines

    Qualifications of a

    Mental Health Therapist:
    Active LICSW License
    1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment
    1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR
    Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessions

    Preferred Requirements of a

    Mental Health Therapist:
    Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese

    EMDR

    DBT
    Prior tele-health or remote experience
    Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team
    Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients


    Compensation:


    In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the compensation for this position ranges from $58,000 - $89,000.

    Note wages may vary based on license level, productivity, experience, location, and skills. We also have Hybrid (productivity based) and contractor rates available.
