    Head of Product Strategy - Atlanta, GA, United States - INSPYR Solutions

    Provide strategic leadership and direction to BU strategy, ensuring the development and execution of effective strategic planning for the business.

    Your role will involve driving organic and inorganic growth by analyzing market trends, macroeconomic data, and competitor intelligence to identify and drive execution against growth opportunities.

    You will drive the strategic planning process (STRAP) to support the achievement of business growth objectives.


    Develop near and long-term strategic plans for the business in conjunction with business leadership which drives growth rates materially greater than market growth.

    Define growth and competitive advantage opportunities by identifying technology trends, portfolio integration and expansion opportunities and business model evolution.

    Partner with senior leadership to identify and execute growth and margin expansion opportunities, constructively challenging "where to play" and "how to win" choices.

    Develop frameworks to support identification, incubation, and assessment of critical growth initiatives to align with business goals.
    Identify and evaluate inorganic growth strategies including acquisitions, alliance, licensing, and partnership opportunities linked to the strategic plan.
    Continue to evolve strategy, business, and go-to-market capabilities by being a "player-coach" on critical projects.
    Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
    Track competitor performance and market intelligence to drive in insights and identify potential changes to strategic actions.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives and business objectives.

    Drive the execution of the STRAP (Strategy Annual Planning) process, including setting targets, identifying key initiatives, and monitoring progress.

    Top-tier strategy consulting firm experience and solid financial grounding.
    Minimum 12 years' professional work experience in a relevant field
    Experience at a large global organization navigating digital transformation.
    Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of developing and driving growth initiatives.

    Ability to deliver a consolidated view of the market and competitive environment, and to translate analytics into business opportunities.

    Strong leadership, talent development, negotiation, and influencing skills.
    Ability to structure and independently lead cross-functional strategy projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the company.
    Solid financial grounding and international operating experience
    Proven capacity to forge solid relationships and manage across broad and geographically dispersed businesses.
    Experience with project planning, scoping, and execution in an agile or phase-gate environment.
    Be hands on analytical to leverage Data and insights to enable decision making.
    50% travel required.
