    About The Role

    Reporting to the Associate Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR Department with the daily activities such as Employee lifecycle management (employee hires, transfers, promotions etc....), creating and maintaining the electronic and hard-copy employee files, aiding in employee status changes, answering inquiries from employees.

    What You'll Do Here
    Maintains human resource information system records and generates reports from the database upon request.
    Ensures employee files, both paper and electronic are up to date.
    Coordinates and delivers onboarding for new hires.
    Provides support and/or coordination to the HR team with key HR activities such as change-of-status (e.g. job transfers, promotion, employment confirmations
    Creates, updates and maintains personnel files as applicable
    Act as a liaison between managers/employees/HR Team.
    Assist with various HR projects.
    What You'll Need to Succeed
    A minimum of 2 years' experience or any related corporate field and/or in Human Resources is preferred
    PHR Certification or Equivalent is Preferred
    Ability to use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with HRMS systems – Workday a plus.
    Ability to speak effectively before employees and present materials in an effective manner.
    Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve situations in a timely manner.
    Effective client services and interpersonal skills.
    Builds constructive and effective relationships; Uses diplomacy and tact

    Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.

    Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and plans time efficiently.
    Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
    What We Offer

    The pay range estimated for this position is $ $28.98 hourly.

    Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
