    Job Title: IT Delivery Manager II
    Location: Remote
    Duration: 12+ Months

    Internet Speed Test: Link to Speed Test
    Candidate Requirements:

    • Screenshot or copy of any licenses/certifications
    • Details regarding all previous projects whether C2C or directly employed with the client
    • Verification of no previous submission to the same job

    Onsite Requirement:
    This resource will be primarily remote. There is no need for onsite work.

    Engagement Description:
    The IT Delivery Manager II will join the Blueprint Product delivery team.

    Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:

    1. Experience managing multiple delivery teams using agile methodology.
    2. Proficiency in Jira Software and agile team metrics for capacity and efficiency tracking.
    3. Experience with long-term product road mapping and release planning.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • IT program management and large-scale implementations.
    • IT product delivery experience.
    • Scrum Master certification.
    • Practical experience with technical delivery using agile methodology.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Previous experience as a developer.
    • Agile coaching experience.
    • Strong time management and organization skills.

    Education/Certifications:

    • Scrum Master Certification
