    Description
    Provide oversight and direction to Project Managers, project teams and teaming partners/subcontractors.

    Manages and leads key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the development process for multiple products or solution offerings.

    Directs the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements.
    Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with strategy.

    Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with business unit management and manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.

    Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities.

    Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.

    SME knowledge of Retail and supply chain domain.

    Build high performing global delivery teams and lead internal network of leaders to deliver high quality services and secure repeat business.

    Establish effective management processes to ensure high quality delivery, client service and strong client relationships.
    Resolve difficult issues involving significant scope, schedule and or financial impact.
    Strong experience with the global service delivery model.

    Understanding and thought leadership in technology, services and business trends and their direct and indirect impacts on the outcomes for retail and consumer Good companies.

    Candidates must have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels.

    They must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders, and must be persuasive and influential.
