- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring team calendars.
- Manage logistics for both virtual and in-person interviews, including candidate travel arrangements when necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, and other team members to gather necessary information for the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview details, expectations, and any relevant information.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing job postings, updating recruitment documentation, and handling general inquiries.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Maintain organized records of candidate communication, interview outcomes, and other relevant information.
- Identify areas for process improvement in the recruitment coordination workflow and suggest solutions for increased efficiency.
- Implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar recruitment role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
