    As the Analyst, Professional Recruitment you will be passionate about providing a great experience to our candidates and new hires to join RBI.

    You will aid in the coordination of our hiring initiatives; you will help us identify internal and external candidates for our open roles.

    This position is based in-office in Miami Florida


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Be comfortable being in the office 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday, in our Miami Headquarters.
    Schedule and coordinate complex interview panels, including phone, video, and in-person candidates at all levels and in different countries.

    Manage travel arrangements for candidates through our travel agency, manage expenses through Concur, reserve conference rooms, and ensure a positive in-person experience.

    Utilize Workday (our ATS) to update and maintain accurate candidate records, schedule candidates, send confirmation emails and compile interview feedback.

    Communicate promptly and accurately with hiring managers, candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.
    Manage the candidate interview process for panel and final round interviews.
    Lead virtual and in-person onboarding, including managing logistics, speakers, and new hire communications.
    Oversee onboarding compliance through facilitation of orientation, E-Verify, Background Checks, and New Hiring Trainings.
    Suggest, take-on and contribute to projects that improve the recruiting team's operations.


    Qualifications & Skills:
    Shows attention to detail, can keep themselves organized and prioritize their time effectively.
    Experience working with Concur a plus.
    A focus on customer-service, partnership, and teamwork to provide a great experience for candidates, hiring managers and interviewers.
    Professionalism in verbal and written communication to Hiring Managers, Interviewers and Candidates.
    Flexibility and the ability to work cross-functionally.
    Demonstrates empathy towards candidates and internal employees and overcomes obstacles by finding creative solutions.
    Takes ownership of the candidate interview experience through a proactive and responsive work style
    Bachelor's degree
