Your tasks include:

Carrying out inquiries, comparing offers and negotiating prices/contracts and renegotiations
Supplier selection/change in cooperation with the departments concerned
Implementation and continuous development of the procurement process
Conducting supplier talks and negotiating prices
Maintaining and further developing existing supplier relationships
Maintaining supplier master data and participating in the development of processes
Qualifying suppliers with regard to quality, delivery capability and costs
Identifying and implementing potential cost savings

You bring with you:

Completed commercial/technical training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, industrial mechanic, possibly further training in the field of purchasing or further training as a specialist
A high level of personal responsibility and cost awareness
Negotiation skills, cost and quality-oriented thinking and acting
Optimism and team orientation
