The Caritas Lebenswelten GmbH is a Catholic organization operating in the diocese of Aachen, providing support for people with disabilities. Our team of over 500 employees believes that every person is unique and has their own individual needs. Our goal is to give space for these individual needs, which motivates our work. We offer inclusive daycares and residential options for adults with intellectual and multiple disabilities in the Aachen region.

We are currently seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) for our residential community "Gleis 7" in Würselen, which caters to adults with intellectual and multiple disabilities. This position is available immediately and requires a minimum of 30 hours per week.

The position is permanent.

In the "Gleis 7" community, seven young adults with various disabilities live together, each with their own unique needs for participation and inclusion.
