Take the first steps towards a responsible position in an international real estate company. As part of a 3-year apprenticeship in facility management/property management, you can develop yourself individually and become part of a great team.

  • Assumption of tasks in daily business of facility management/property management
  • Creation of tenders and cost calculations
  • Awarding of contracts and contract drafting
  • Maintaining contact with our tenants
  • Communication with other internal departments as well as construction companies/tradesmen and authorities
  • Property inspections
  • Active participation in the management of commercial properties

Your Passion for Real Estate

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Enjoyment of working with people, strong customer and service orientation
  • Enthusiasm for technical issues
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
  • You want to manage your own real estate portfolio in the future
  • You have a driver's license or are currently in the process
