Do you have several years of experience in retail and want to take on the responsibility of managing a branch and its team? Join an international retail company and lead a branch in your local area.

Work where the action is:

Together with the assistant branch manager, you will take on the leadership role for the entire team. You will ensure the correct stock of goods and be responsible for daily cash reconciliation. You will also manage sales and have an overview of the branch as a whole. You will build the team, recruit employees, promote their development, and plan work schedules and shifts. In regular communication with the regional management, you will discuss the results and development of the branch. Through all these activities, you will contribute significantly to the success of Action.
