  • Coordination and leadership of the technical team at various locations in Dissen

Identification of weaknesses, concept development, implementation of measures to optimize filling and packaging lines, and ensuring troubleshooting of technical systems and equipment

  • Management and execution of projects related to
    improving equipment and process availability:

  • Planning and adherence to maintenance and repair budgets, conducting risk analyses, and monitoring and reporting technical key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaboration with internal and external business partners

Your personal touch - Your profile:

  • Completed
    university/college degree, technical diploma, or master's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar field

First leadership experience, including working with suppliers

  • Knowledge of
    Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and automation technology:

  • Experience with complex equipment and machinery and knowledge of modern maintenance systems and technologies
  • Strong handson mentality, teamwork skills, and analytical abilities
