- Coordinate information flow for smooth product development and changes
- Meet development stage gates in coordination with multiple teams
- Engage with suppliers for ingredient sourcing
- Support Culinary team in product development and market research
- Cost new products developed by the culinary team
- Ensure project compliance with brand policies and quality standards
- Handle handover of new products into the business accurately
- Assist in creating product presentation packs for internal and customer use
- Organize and manage new product samples and delivery timelines
- Support customer presentations as needed
- Conduct experimental approaches for product design
- Coordinate new packaging design and testing
- Manage change log process for New Product Development
- Provide training on new products to Technical and Operations teams
- Assist in inventory control of new product raw materials
- Enthusiastic, flexible, resourceful, and self-motivated individual
- Proficient in Excel, databases, and report writing
- Detail-oriented with effective communication skills
- Flexible with working hours
- Experienced in teamwork and continuous improvement environments
- Familiarity with Trace Gains and Genesis software is a plus
- Ability to travel across the USA when necessary
- Experience in direct to consumer fresh meal business
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years in chilled food manufacturing
- Certified in OSHA, HACCP, and Food Hygiene
- Proficiency in data and trend reports
- Knowledge of Genesis for running nutritional and allergen reports
