Short Description
Responsibilities
Submit Applications as assigned in a timely fashion.
High Proficiency with Rentalman and Salesforce cases
Work Logistics with our branch network to quickly respond to the customer's needs
Provide communication through Teams chat on assigned task updates, new work pending and other updates. Must work well in a cross functional environment.
Complete all customer requests within the designated 15minute timeline. This response time is also required for tasks assigned intern
Must follow the lead dispatching process and respond timely to inquiries.

Professional Experience

Proven track record with 1 plus years of customer service & account management within the heavy equipment/construction markets preferred.
Proven experience being able to prioritize multiple initiative and providing an excellent customer experience.
Educational Background
BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred. Will consider relevant experience in support roles. This an include administration, customer care, retail etc.
