application management support at seven locations worldwide. We work with approximately 120 employees, primarily with internationally operating medium-sized companies and corporations.


Due to our dynamic growth, we are currently looking for dedicated employees to strengthen our team in the area of application management support.


Your tasks:


Phone joker:


  • Central point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Acceptance and analysis of incoming IT and SAP support tickets in 1st level support (hotline and ticket system)
  • Bringing your experience into SAP process consulting and IT and SAP support in the care of existing customers and continuous expansion
  • Consulting of users and first point of contact for all IT and SAP support inquiries

Audience joker:


  • Classification, qualification, and prioritization of incoming support tickets in exchange with end users and our IT and SAP specialists
  • Maintenance of our knowledge database and further development of our internal service processes

  • Coordination of minor changes in the IT or SAP application environment
