As a working student accountant at the applike Group in Panhandle, TX, you have the opportunity to take on responsibility in processing and coordinating accounting processes.

Tasks:

  • Maintenance and reconciliation of inventory lists/asset accounting
  • Support in the monthly closing process
  • Creation of credit card statements
  • Support in creating expense reports
  • Processing (return) inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Coordination of accountingrelated processes with relevant departments within the corporate environment
- (Preparatory) accounting and responsible management of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

  • Monitoring of payments and due dates
  • Maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable
