    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Director, National Clinical Sales

    – PET to join our PET manufacturing team inpharmacy operations team


    Job Summary:

    The ideal candidate for the Director National Clinical Sales PET will be responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for the Jubilant PET portfolio of products, solutions, and services for the US market, and/or in a list of named accounts individually or as part of a collaborative Jubilant Radiopharmaceutical team.

    This position will also act as the clinical/technical expert nationally for the product portfolio establishing and continuously developing the relationship with departmental and technical decision makers throughout the US and where applicable work in conjunction with Nuclear Sales Managers and National Account Directors to gain access to C-Suite decision makers and other critical Healthcare Professionals.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Work with the VP, Commercial Operations, VP, PET Operations, Regional Sales Leaders, National Account Directors and Nuclear Sales Managers to present clinical value proposition of Jubilant's PET portfolio to customers to support achievement of revenue and margin targets.

    Develop a PET sales budget and work with the Jubilant commercial team to ensure budget achievement and that growth targets are met.

    Maintain accurate PET sales funnel and participate in bi-weekly funnel reviews.
    Develop strong clinical relationships with customers and potential customers on a national basis

    Participate in national PET symposiums, training and trade shows facilitating clinical data and understanding of PET/Theranostics products within the Jubilant portfolio.

    Lead the regional sales team via clinical training & presentations.

    This training should empower Sales leaders to articulate PET concepts in compelling easily understood ways to support the clinical, economic and productivity-based value propositions.

    Develop the clinical and organizational workflows of the customers from a nuclear medicine, radiation diagnostic/therapy, medical oncology, and overall patient journey to drive decisions.

    Works with the Sales team to provide Pre-Sales and Post-Sales supportStrong team player with a collaborative mind-set and the ability to work effectively with operations, quality, regulatory and pharma collaboration partners.

    Participate in product Pilot Site turnovers, insuring training on new development features as well as installation of effective protocols for utilization of those features.

    Serve as Clinical Voice of the Customer.
    Will lead, educate, and maintain Jubilant's presence with customers nationally.
    Experience in PET workflows and a deep understanding of nuclear medicine practices is highly desirable.
    Maintain an up to date clinical understanding of current and future products (theranostics) - Healthcare product/industry acumen.

    Perform other related duties as assigned;

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics, nuclear medicine/theranostics) or Life Sciences field.
    Post graduate degree in life sciences or related technical disciplines, desirable but not required
    Must be able to successfully pass company's background check and pre-employment drug test;
    Maintain a valid driver's license also required.
    5-10 years of experience selling
    5-10 years of clinical and/or technical experience working with PET (Positron Emissions Tomography), PET/CT and PET/MR
    Ability to travel up to 90%, by air, car or train.
    Preferred living location is near a major airport
    Strong ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solution-based sales approach
    Excellent ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
    Strong team player
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
    Strong presentation skills with excellent ability to synthesize and explain complex issues
    Experience in PET workflows
    Interpersonal effectiveness to establish a climate of openness and trust between different stakeholders;
    Communication and interpersonal skills to present the business case for investments in pharmacies and PET manufacturing sites to all stakeholders effectively;
    Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills;
    Entrepreneurial, creative mind-set;
    Self-starter and ability to work independently;
    Strong detail orientation and multi-task skills;
    Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    Ability to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment.
    Able to navigate through different competing priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude.
