- Utilize cold calls and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and close deals.
- Promote our two main offers:
- Main Offer: A six-month recruitment partnership.
- Downsell Offer: Community and online recruitment marketing.
- Adapt strategies to maximize client acquisition and ensure successful deal closures.
- Train and mentor junior staff on effective cold acquisition techniques.
- Analyze performance data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Main Offer (preferred):
- One client per week: $250 per successful close.
- Two to three clients per week: $500 per successful close.
- Four or more clients per month: $1,000 per successful close.
- Downsell Offer:
- $200 commission upon signing the contract.
- Proven experience in nonprofit management, particularly in cold acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Experience mentoring and training teams.
