Within the SiriusXM Channel Marketing Team, we are Channel Specialists that provide expertise in direct response marketing. We know the right people, process and tools needed to yield the best response within a marketing channel (eg. Email, Mobile, Direct Mail, Sales Channels, etc).
Our group is responsible for supporting various lines of businesses (ie. internal clients) with acquiring, engaging, retaining and winning back customers. This includes executing marketing communications, enabling speed to market, improving response and other business KPIs.
SiriusXM is seeking an energetic and agile Senior Director of OEM Marketing to join us.
The candidate should be an innovative and results driven marketer, with specific experience within communications channels namely digital, email and direct mail.
This role is responsible for leading a team of marketers, developing channel specific strategies, creating go-to-marketing plans that are customer facing and act as a strategist/consultant for our internal lines of business.
What you'll do:
The person in this role will be equal parts "strategist" and "project manager'. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing plans, approaches and acquisition strategies across various segments (i.e. first time trialers, prior non converts and more). You'll have the opportunity to lead and contribute to many cross-functional, high-profile initiatives with high leadership visibility.
Primary responsibilities will focus on managing the day-to-day OEM acquisition and conversion campaigns (i.e. Email, Direct Mail, In-App and more) to improve key engagement and sales metrics.
