    Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
    Ensure customer satisfaction
    Hire, train, develop, monitor performance and motivate service staff
    Forecast goals, ensure objectives are met
    Ensure that common courtesy is shown to all customers by every service department employee, promoting customer satisfaction
    Maintain daily sales, production records as required by dealership management
    Ensure that the service department meets all customer satisfaction (CSI) and financial goal
    Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat referral business
    Establish promotional service prices
    Ensure proper repair techniques are being used
    Schedule training as necessary to properly repair and service vehicles
    Ensure all necessary shop equipment is in proper and safe working conditions

    Understand and comply with Federal, State and local regulations that affect service department operations such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right to know etc.


    Qualifications:
    At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
    Technical automotive knowledge
    Dealership experience preferred
    Demonstrated ability to manage others
