Role Overview
As an API Support Specialist, you will serve as the liaison between our Engineering and Product Support teams.

You will handle support inquiries related to our API and general integrations, discuss customer requirements for our Canto Automation Framework (CAF) and Media Delivery Cloud (MDC), and provide data migration services for complex projects.


Responsibilities

  • Provide developer support to our customers and partners using our API.
  • Offer best practices, general recommendations, and code snippets for our API
