We are looking for you as a Service Specialist in the field for the region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Villa Calma, PR.

Responsibilities:

After sales management for our installed base of control and safety shutoff valves
Active management of existing customers, with a focus on consultation, service offerings and preventive maintenance of the installed base
Technical development and calculation of offers supported by our sales team and technical experts
Maintenance of service and customer data in CRM
Competition and market analysis

Requirements:

Completed technical education with further training as B.Eng., master or equivalent
Ideally, you have practical experience as a gas master or operations engineer at a company in the natural gas supply industry
Affinity for selling complex products and related services
Fluent in German, good knowledge of English
Willingness to travel
Assertiveness and selfresponsibility are part of your work style
