- Communicates verbally with Guests, Team Members, and Management
- Assists the Rides Management team with downtime reports
- Responds to requests for assistance throughout the property with a safe sense of urgency
- Protects the assets and property of Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and its Guests
- Assists the Rides Department in promoting the Total Safety Atmosphere
- Enforces the rules and policies of Six Flags Discovery Kingdom
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
- Responsible for communicating issues that arise to the proper park personnel
- Responsible for logging all pertinent information to ride related calls and incidents that may arise
- Enforcing all Six Flags Discovery Kingdom policies
- Performing other duties as assigned or necessary to support Six Flags Discovery Kingdom
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week during full time operations (June/July/August)
- Must appear professional at all times
- Must be able to accurately track and log all necessary information
- Must be able to remain calm in all types of stressful situations
- Must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Previous Security/Law Enforcement/Military/Dispatching experience or education preferred
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
