    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Directs the day-to-day operations of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program and implements programmatic and administrative policies and procedures to attain program goals and objectives.

    Supervises the service staff, evaluates employee performance, and makes recommendations for human resources actions to the mental health vice president.

    Makes programmatic and administrative recommendations to the mental health vice president in accordance with the agency/program goals and objectives.
    Develops and implements programmatic and administrative policies and procedures to attain program goals and objectives.
    Oversees quality assurance in the programs service delivery including clinical care and documentation.

    Oversees the programs productivity to meet established standards and to ensure continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services.

    Coordinates communication with other service components of the agency and outside agencies involved with agency clients.
    Adheres to the agencys policies and procedures.
    Adheres to the agencys code of ethics and complies with the state mental health code.
    EDUCATION, LICENSURE,


    AND EXPERIENCE:
    Masters (Required)
    Masters degree in a mental health discipline preferred.
    Mental Health Skill Building: 3 years (Required)

    Supervisory: 3 years (Required)

    LCSW, LPC, LMHP-R, or LMHP-S (Required)
    Certified consulting/licensed psychologist (LPC), psychiatric nurse (MSN), clinical social worker (LCSW), or licensed eligible (LMHP-R/S) preferred.

    At least five years of professional experience in the mental health or human services fields required with at least three years at the supervisory level preferred.

    Experience in Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is preferred.
    Must possess have experience in Mental Health Skill Building (MHSB).
    Must possess a valid drivers license and have access to a private vehicle.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
    Must submit to and receive satisfactory results from a criminal background investigation and a registry check by the Department of Social Services
    A valid drivers license and current copy of DMV driving record.
