    Provide Customer Service Assistance:

    Emailing and phone support to customers.

    Order Processing, which includes payment verification, order entry using web-based software, generating quotes, and packaging and shipping software related products.

    Performing marketing outreach to prospective customers via email, phone and web-based marketing software.

    Maintaining web-based customer databases.

    **Administrative Support**:

    General operational support including answering phone and door, sorting and opening mail, communicating with staff and students.

    Maintaining communication among various Clark University departments and third-party vendors.

    Providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Director.

    Providing budgeting and accounting support to the Executive Director.

    Purchasing office supplies and organizing offsite conference logistics.

    **Other duties and Responsibilities:**

    Other duties as assigned.

    **Job Requirements:**

    Two years of college or more with familiarity with accounting and budgeting issues.

    2-3 years customer service work experience.

    Experience with computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access.

    Excellent written and oral communication.

    Attention to detail, strong initiative to learn new tasks, and strong organizational and time management skills.
