Digital Channel Marketing department at our headquarters in Winnenden near Stuttgart, we are looking for your dedicated support.


Your responsibilities

  • As part of our B2C/B2B platforms, you will be primarily responsible for managing our payment service providers. This includes defining the optimal mix of alternative payment methods (BNPL, ewallets, bank transfers, etc.) as well as all relevant card schemes.
  • You will act as the main strategic contact (m/f/d) for our international sales companies and internal stakeholders (headquarters) in matters of online payment, providing advice and guidance.
  • You will oversee the implementation of payment gateways and associated payment methods, in close coordination with product owners.
  • You will analyze the offered payment methods and create comprehensive reporting and benchmarks (e.g. usage of payment methods, abandonment rates, and transaction fees).
  • You will monitor and optimize payment risk settings to achieve the best possible conversion rate.
