- Must have Tibco EBX design and implementation experience
- Must be Agile proficient
- Must understand how to facilitate and capture business and technical requirements from users
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have led the overall business analyst team in previous roles
- Must have some testing background for data validation and Master Data Management
- Knowledge of data integration is a plus
- Retail/Convenience store knowledge is a strong plus
