Overview

We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and new ventures, projects, and business opportunities ensuring effective communication, sound analysis, and organized execution.

Responsibilities and Duties

Research new business opportunities and partnerships to determine viability and path of execution.
Manage relationships with potential new partners, vendors, suppliers, etc.
Manage projects effectively, demonstrating experience in team leadership and successful project launches.
Analyze individual program and partnership performance on a regular basis, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
Liaison between business, product management, and technology teams to execute new initiatives quickly and professionally.
Provide analytical support and identify business trends that require action.
Understands the project schedule and plans/prioritizes the work schedule for a team and meets time deadlines consistently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5+ years of relevant experience.
Consulting Experience is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong background in managing multiple projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with project management principles.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Able to travel at least 10% of the time
1-2 years minimum experience managing a complex new project or business initiative to completion.
