- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to evaluate the biophysical properties of TCR-Bispecifics, antibody fusions, and novel therapeutic structures.
- Assess protein biophysical characteristics through various analytical techniques (SE-HPLC, HIC, IEX, AC-SINS).
- Establish and perform assays for binding analysis utilizing SPR and Octet.
- Conduct studies on biologics' developability and conduct stability evaluations.
- Identify, assess, and integrate suitable technologies for protein analysis based on project stage.
- Create, produce, and characterize proteins.
- Supervise outsourced protein production and analysis processes with CROs.
- Present and adapt complex scientific findings for senior management and cross-functional teams to drive informed decisions.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship regarding technology and methodologies to team members.
- Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Structural Biology, or related field with 4+ years of industry experience (OR) M.S. with 8+ years of industry experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in biophysical characterization.
- Proficiency in protein analytical and biophysical methods, including HPLC and BLI/SPR.
- Experience in protein purification techniques (affinity, IEX, SEC).
- Familiarity with TCRs and antibodies.
- Preferably experienced in mammalian protein expression.
- Prior experience in managing CROs is advantageous.
- Proven track record in protein biophysical analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for collaborative and fast-paced work environments.

Role Overview
Repertoire is in search of a skilled Senior Scientist to lead initiatives in developing innovative protein therapeutics, particularly TCR-Bispecifics. This role within the Protein Engineering and Molecular Sciences Team will involve focusing on the biophysical evaluation and development of protein-based treatments to facilitate the creation of effective therapeutics. The Senior Scientist will play a crucial role in project advancement and group objectives through hands-on experimentation and meticulous data analysis. Cooperation with cross-functional teams is essential for coordinating the biological assessment of lead compounds and selecting promising candidates for further advancement.
