    Job DescriptionFinancial Cost Analyst | Temp (3 months) | FT (M-F, 8-5) | $35/hr | On-Site | Plymouth Meeting, PA

    Attention Cost Analysts This busy Plymouth Meeting Client is in need of a Cost Analyst to support the company's pricing and revenue management strategies. A solid understanding of the cost structure and identifying cost-saving opportunities for the manufacturing facility plays a pivotal role in this position.

    A day in the life of a Financial Cost Analyst
    • Performs monthly and quarterly detailed analysis of sales, synthesizing findings into relevant trends and correlations and assists in the construction and implementation of solutions that drive revenue and margin optimization.
    • Collaborates with Sales and Finance and other teams to ensure timely and effective on-boarding, set-up and maintenance of required pricing rules in consistent alignment with commercial contracted commitments
    • Identifies cost-saving opportunities by conducting detailed cost analyses and suggesting strategies to optimize resources and minimize costs.

    Requirements for the Financial Cost Analyst position
    • PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization software experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or relevant experience
    • A solid mix of understanding of product cost structure, cost analysis, and overall financial analysis especially in Manufacturing
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint with advanced proficiency with Excel
    • Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to focus on details
