    PeopleShare is seeking a temporary Manufacturing Cost Analyst to work for a Medical Device Manufacturer in the Conshohocken area.

    Job Details of the Manufacturing Cost Analyst:

    • Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
    • Pay Rate: $35/hour
    • Full-Time: Direct Hire
    • Hybrid: four days in the office one day working from home

    Job Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Cost Analyst:

    • Conducts detailed sales analysis to identify trends and correlations, aiding revenue and margin optimization.
    • Contributes to pricing strategy development for special market accounts.
    • Works with Sales, Finance, and other teams to ensure timely pricing rule implementation.
    • Participates in assessing and quantifying pricing policies and procedures.
    • Handles pricing, rebate, and eligibility inquiries, resolving them efficiently.
    • Performs financial analysis for deal structures and special pricing scenarios.
    • Addresses invoicing, customer setup, pricing, and supply issues.
    • Analyzes product cost structure and provides insights into cost components.
    • Monitors purchase price variances and investigates discrepancies.
    • Identifies cost-saving opportunities and suggests optimization strategies.
    • Collaborates with procurement to understand supplier contracts' cost implications.
    • Documents processes and procedures for reference.

    Job Requirements of the Manufacturing Cost Analyst

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role in a manufacturing setting
    • A solid mix of understanding of product cost structure, cost analysis, and overall financial analysis.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Power Point with a advanced proficiency specifically with Excel
    • PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization software experience preferred.
    • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to focus on details.
