To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a:

CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER SPECIALIST
CERATIZIT BESIGHEIM GMBH
INTERESTING TASKS
Customer support for national and international customers, business partners, and sales companies within the group
Order tracking: from order entry to delivery, including contact with ASS Service
Order processing: contract review for consignment and pool orders, as well as invoicing for consignment withdrawals
Monitoring delivery dates and approval drawings
Preparation of quotes
Handling of complaints and returns
YOUR PROFILE
You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship
You have experience in technical sales of complex products
You are able to work independently and in a structured manner, enjoy working in a team, and have a strong sense of service and customer orientation
You have a confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
You have good knowledge of MS Office and English, additional language skills are desirable
Your profile is rounded off by excellent SAP R3 knowledge
