We are currently seeking a full-time
2nd Level Support / Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in
Bremen.
Your responsibilities
- You will provide qualified 2nd level support and conduct error analyses and resolutions in a national and international environment
- You will be responsible for the administration and support of our ERP modules
- You will create data exports from the ERP system
- You will monitor system operations, particularly interfaces to adjacent applications
Your profile
- You have completed a degree or apprenticeship in business or computer science
- You have basic knowledge of ERP and ticket systems, preferably proALPHA and Jira
- You have a good understanding of commercial processes and business operations
- You have good English and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- You possess strong organizational and analytical skills, a selfresponsible and solutionoriented work style, and good communication skills
