We are currently seeking a full-time
2nd Level Support / Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in
Bremen.

Are you ready to support us and contribute to the success of renewable energy from a maintenance perspective?


Your responsibilities

  • You will provide qualified 2nd level support and conduct error analyses and resolutions in a national and international environment
  • You will be responsible for the administration and support of our ERP modules
  • You will create data exports from the ERP system
  • You will monitor system operations, particularly interfaces to adjacent applications

Your profile

  • You have completed a degree or apprenticeship in business or computer science
  • You have basic knowledge of ERP and ticket systems, preferably proALPHA and Jira
  • You have a good understanding of commercial processes and business operations
  • You have good English and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • You possess strong organizational and analytical skills, a selfresponsible and solutionoriented work style, and good communication skills
