For this, we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual as a Tech Leader with a sleeves-rolled-up mentality and a desire to significantly shape the Hellmann land transport platform of the future.


The main task is to develop a robust technical road platform and scale a strong tech team as an essential part of the Digital Product Team.

This includes continuously evaluating technology trends, including developments in AI, to optimize our land transport processes.

We offer an innovative and collaborative work environment with the values and roots of a traditional family business in an international logistics environment.

The position reports directly to the Board of Directors for Digitalization, Innovation, and Sustainability.
