In the application development department for social services at our main office in Kassel, we are looking to fill a position as

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (m/f/d)

as soon as possible.
The department is responsible for the development and maintenance of self-developed data processing procedures to support the tasks of our employees. We maintain a modern corporate culture with flat hierarchies and open doors and are a secure employer in a regulated environment.

Your tasks:

The main focus of the advertised position is the technical definition and development of data processing procedures. Your range of tasks includes

  • Working in one of our development teams on the development and implementation of individual and complex client-server or web-based software
  • Participation in planning and conception in JIRA, as well as documentation in Confluence
  • Individual programming of software elements based on secure, stable and established technologies, as well as consideration of current technology trends
  • Close cooperation with team colleagues and project management
  • Participation in cross-departmental projects of the Hessian State Welfare Association, as well as with the regional associations of Rhineland and Westphalia-Lippe
