Description

Addison Group's client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Centennial, CO on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Centennial, CO (100% in-office)

Compensation: $18-$21 per hour

Hours: M-F 8AM 5PM or 9AM 6PM

Contract Period: ASAP through August months)

Responsibilities:

Answer general phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, directing calls to appropriate personnel or providing accurate information.
Schedule appointments for Sales Associates to meet with customers.
Enter information accurately into various organizational systems.
Assist in printing and mailing monthly invoices.
Handle document copying, scanning, and transmission to relevant departments or individuals.
Manage multiple employee inquiries and simultaneous projects effectively.
Provide front desk coverage, including directing calls and assisting walk-in customers.
Track sales lead sources and referrals accurately.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1+ years of administrative or customer service experience or bachelor's degree
Excellent customer service
