Join our "Digital Customer Experience" (DCX) team in Holtsville and work closely with our clients as a trusted partner. Together, we guide them through their digital transformation, understand their needs for change, and develop individual, innovative process and IT solutions. You will advise clients and design solutions in the Customer Process Management domain with a high standard for quality in innovative and technologically complex IT projects. You will be responsible for the functional design from conception to delivery, constantly creating new and unique solutions.

Your new job

  • Your expertise will play a key role in identifying new opportunities and creating proposals.
  • You will be responsible for designing and further developing Customer Process Management solutions. Your designs for innovative B2x solutions (B2B, B2C, B2E) will integrate with existing application landscapes and also utilize cloud-based package solutions and frameworks.
  • You will leverage the capabilities of the cloud for dynamic and rapid development.
  • You will collaborate with the global architecture community within the Capgemini group.
