    Junior Graphic Designer & Financial Presentation Specialist

    Are you skilled in design and excel at simplifying complex information into engaging visuals?

    We're seeking a creative and driven individual to join our Corporate Communications & Branding team as a Junior Graphic Designer & Financial Presentation Specialist. You'll be instrumental in creating captivating marketing materials and digital content that enhance our brand presence and contribute to business growth.

    In this position, you will:

    • Be a Brand Champion: Ensure consistent brand representation and application across all marketing materials and events, maintaining our visual standards with pride.
    • Excel at Presentations: Collaborate with various departments to develop and update presentations in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Your expertise will drive design decisions, transforming data into impactful presentations.
    • Master Data Visualization: Produce clear and visually appealing charts, tables, and diagrams to effectively communicate financial data.
    • Create Event Materials: Partner with the Events team to design custom assets for both physical and virtual events, guaranteeing a cohesive brand experience.
    • Lead Digital Design: Design Pardot emails and digital marketing assets, ensuring brand uniformity across all platforms and optimizing visuals for different devices.
    • Support Graphics: Maintain brand templates, manage the digital graphics library, and contribute to quality assurance checks.
    • Optimize Workflow: Develop training resources and manage project queues to enhance productivity.
    • Embrace Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and explore new technologies to elevate our digital assets.

    Key qualifications for success:

    • 3-4 years of design experience or related roles.
    • Prior experience in a financial institution or corporate setting is beneficial, especially in global investment management.
    • Proficiency in design principles and tools.
    • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
    • Additional experience with Adobe InCopy, Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects, Pardot, or HTML/CSS is a plus.

    • Effective time management and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Strong communication abilities both written and verbal.
    • Collaborative team player with a dedicated work ethic.
    • Detail-oriented and precise in following instructions.
    • Thrives in a dynamic environment without compromising quality.
    • Capable of explaining design concepts to non-designers.
