- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and exceed expectations.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive fleet industry, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Provide input into product development and service offerings based on market insights and client feedback.
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial fleet professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and achieve objectives.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry, with a focus on fleet management, commercial sales, or related fields.
- CDJR experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Experience in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and managing complex commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Experience in implementing technology solutions and fleet management systems to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and environmental regulations impacting the automotive industry, with a focus on reducing carbon footprint and promoting eco-friendly practices.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving customer needs, with a track record of successfully navigating competitive landscapes and driving innovation.
