*Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
• Hire mechanics and maintenance staff
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Monitor fuel usage and implement costsaving strategies
• Manage vehicle acquisition, disposal, and replacement
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Track and analyze fleet performance metrics
• Prepare reports on fleet operations for management

Skills:

Required:

• Proven experience in fleet management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Truck and Equipment maintenance and repair practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in fleet management software
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Nice-to-have:

• Certification in fleet management or related field
• Certification of various equipment IE Paccar, Cummins, Mack etc.

Pay:
$90, $150,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
