- Therapist I (associate): $61,380 - $89,726
- Therapist II (independent): $75,888 - $113,832
- General business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm during the week and on weekends
- Develops, implements, and coordinates services, and monitors and evaluates individualized treatment plans
- Conducts assigned group counseling sessions
- Collaborates with the Emily Program staff, community professionals, and community agencies in coordinating care services and maintaining continuity of care
- Identifies, supports, and evaluates clinical quality, and client-satisfaction improvement initiatives; completes assigned studies, audits, and ongoing monitoring of performance indicators
- Maintains and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice, strategies, and developments through participation in his or her professional organization; attending related seminars, workshops, and conferences; and reviewing the literature
- Prepares and submits accurate, timely billing records as per Program requirements
- Current license in the state of employment required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)
- Current Basic Life Support / First Aid certification required (American Heart Association) within 30 days from date of hire.
- Washington State Food and Beverage Service Worker's Permit obtaining within 14 days of employment
- Must have valid driver's license and be authorized to drive
- Medical - Blue Cross Blue Shield. Health benefits begin on the 1st of the month after start date Employees must work an average of 30 hours per week to be eligible

- Generous PTO plans: Paid Time off (PTO) is provided to all regular full time and part time regular employees up to 152 hours/19 days within the first year of employment. PTO is accrued throughout the year and can be used for vacation, personal and sick time and accrues based on compensated hours.
- Holidays: Employees not working at a residential or inpatient facility are eligible for 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday Non-exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility will receive premium pay at a rate of double time if they are scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
- Employees hired on or after February 20, 2022, will receive premium pay at a rate of time and-a-half if scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
- Exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility who are scheduled to work on a holiday may take the holiday on a different day during the same pay period. Additionally, non-exempt employees are eligible or various shift and weekend differentials.
