    Independence Rehab is actively looking to hire a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for St.

    Anne Nursing & Rehab, a fantastic, a very well-regarded skilled nursing facility located at 3540 NE 110th St, Seattle, WA You will also provide patient care at Patriot's Glen, a lovely Assisted Living Facility located at th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98007.At Independence Rehab, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care.

    We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care.
    We are a people-first organization. Really Our guiding motto is leading with integrity, empowering people, delivering outcomes.

    Here are a few SNF practice-specific items:Occasionally treating clinically complex patientsProficient with all types of transfersProvide adaptive ADL re-trainingIf you need help with any of the above competencies, we are happy to provide competency trainingA few benefits:Flexible day-to-day work schedule.
