The role of Technical Sales Engineer at pro-micron combines:
- Your passion for inspiring technically-oriented individuals at various levels of responsibility with our innovations in digital machining
with
- Your ability to provide technical support to customers in implementing our spike products in their networked machining production processes, together with the sales team.
As a technical salesperson, you are the main technical component of the team and a great support in implementing our technically demanding solutions.
With our spike product portfolio, we not only provide hardware, but also software and data to help the customer better understand their machining process, detect process errors during machining, and monitor machining problems with smart algorithms in real time, and even predict tool wear. This makes spike a product in the megatrend of "digitalization".
YOUR TASKS
- Support in implementing our spike product portfolio according to customer needs in Germany and internationally
- Independent project management for existing and new customers
- Specification of necessary solutions together with the customer
- Project planning and expansion to additional machines or processes
- Customer visits and on-site testing or product presentations and meetings online
- Product demonstrations in our TechCenter with all of our sensor solutions
