You lead your team competently and set a good example.

You value respectful leadership and collaboration on an equal footing.

You impress our customers with competent advice and excellent service.

You skillfully implement national sales concepts.

You have everything under control, from cost and revenue development to regular inventories, merchandise planning, and flow of goods.

You are responsible for correct pricing and assortment management.
